Zwei Hasen in Mannheim

I am a native of Mannheim, first lived in Wohlhotels, then Neckarau and then I moved to the Lindenhof and bought an apartment just because of the pizza here! Fun at the side, the wait staff are usually very nice, it depends on the day, when it was busy and you come in the evening, the joy on the couch at home could slowly become greater than the principle "the customer is king". However, the emphasis is on Might., There are many other good pizzas in Mannheim, tastes maybe even on the same level. However, if you like pizza like in Italy, this is the absolute insider tip for anyone who doesn't know the shop .... N good ones!

Unsatisfactory visit. Apart from the pizza, our dishes were not particularly tasty. I had hoped for more from the ravioli in sage butter, it was rather bland. Corona measures were adhered to, the atmosphere was unfortunately rather cool, but the time outside, therefore still 3 stars

The restaurant's tables were immaculately cleaned and the seating was immensely comfortable, we were completely blown away. Great cost-performance ratio. The waitresses are very sociable and very courteous every time. That makes me thoroughly happy every time I visit, and I can only recommend the restaurant!

Great service, quick and tasty food, large portions. Restaurant has a rustic atmosphere and is simply harmonious. Anytime.

The atmosphere is nice, even if the beer benches are more reminiscent of a beer garden. Unfortunately, both the pasta with sage sauce and the tagliatelle with tomatoes were extremely watery. Accordingly, the food tasted of almost nothing. The pizza that was kindly brought to us as a replacement (the tagliatelle was not billed👍) was unfortunately not our taste either. Overall, the food was very unsatisfactory for us. The prices are not high.

We ate here because of the good rating. The tagliatelli didn't taste like anything and was watery. I let it go back. Then I ordered a pizza to be on the safe side, but again bad taste, ingredients of the cheapest quality. My friend also didn't like the pasta. In every supermarket there are better ready-made pizzas etc. Absolutely not recommendable.

Zwei Hasen is a indoor eating place. Very traditional looking. They provide very delicious thin crust pizzas and salads here. The pizza complement the beer very good. I would highly recommend it to go out with friends and family. I personally had a lot of fun with my friends. Food and environment both were good. Restaurant workers are very friendly and welcoming and are always happy to help in choosing you the best meals. Very comfortable and highly recommended. Cheers and as they in Germany guten Appetit.

Huge pizzas which are in fact very lightweight. Not the best in town, but just ok, especially for the cheap price.

They brag about their big pizza, but we'd be happy to have it smaller but better. I don't wanna ruin the other reviews but if you know how pizza should be, you know that this is just not good. The quality of the products they use is not good, the tomato sauce is not good. They don't have cherry tomatoes and they put normal tomato in pieces. Is uncomfortable to eat. You cannot cut it. Is bigger than all the plates they have. WHY? Why does it have to be like that. Is like just trying to impress the crowds who know nothing about pizza. Just not my favorite place. I go there every seven years just to see if something changes, but nope.

OK for a quick, affordable dinner. Pizza dough is thin and crusty, pizzas are great and large. I personally don't like so much the pasta and salad options. But I still come from time to time for a good pizza mit Pils!

Good lunch to 8,90 € a drink and a huge pizza! Ambience rustic, staff friendly and fast. Quality is ok, not overly good but absolutely suitable for a lunch! Gladly again.

The worst place ever. Pizza was really terrible, I left it on the plate, wine was bad as well, spaghetti were overcooked.

They had amazing Naples style pizza. It was really good. The carbonara pizza was only on. But I would go back for the Naples style anytime.

The Zwei Hasen is a quaint, rustic restaurant with an Italian menu. I ordered a calzone from the nice waitress. After a few minutes, it would be prepared and served with thin, crispy batter and fresh ingredients. The interesting variant is that mozzarella is used as cheese and there is tomato sauce on top instead of grated cheese - but this variant is also very tasty. I was happy to be a guest at Zwei Hasen and would definitely recommend the restaurant to others.
